Our story starts with one individual, Ali, a technician turned entrepreneur, who spent years working for a company that offered IT support, web development, and digital marketing. But something was missing. Too often, the focus was on acquiring new customers while existing clients were overlooked and underserved. The sense of genuine connection was lost, and it raised a question: What’s the point of helping new people if the ones you already have don’t feel valued?

That experience sparked a new approach. DPT Solutions was built on the belief that service should be personal. Instead of chasing volume, we intentionally limit the number of clients we take on, so we can build strong, lasting relationships and give each one the time and attention they deserve. Every project is managed directly, without passing it off to strangers who don’t understand your business.

This company is also deeply rooted in personal growth and responsibility. Becoming a father at a young age brought both motivation and pressure, the drive to build something meaningful, not just to support a family, but to create a network of clients who could count on honest, dependable support.
